1. General

You must use DXHUBX websites, services, and hosted systems lawfully, responsibly, and in compliance with applicable Tanzanian law and the rights of others. You may not use them in a way that harms, disrupts, or interferes with DXHUBX's operations, infrastructure, other clients, or third parties.

2. Prohibited Content

You may not host, publish, store, transmit, or distribute content that is unlawful, including but not limited to:

• Child sexual abuse material or any content exploiting children
• Content that infringes intellectual property rights, privacy, or other rights of third parties
• Defamatory, fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading content
• Content that is obscene, hateful, or incites violence or discrimination
• Content that violates Tanzanian law, including content regulated under the Electronic and Postal Communications Act (EPOCA), the Cybercrimes Act, or other applicable legislation
• Malware, viruses, ransomware, or any code designed to harm or compromise systems

3. Prohibited Activities

You may not, in connection with our services or website:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, servers, or databases
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of our website or infrastructure
• Submit false, misleading, or automated spam submissions through our forms
• Scrape, copy, or reproduce website content without prior written permission
• Send unsolicited bulk email (spam), SMS spam, or engage in phishing or social engineering
• Use excessive or abusive resources that degrade service for others
• Use our services for unlawful activity, including fraud, money laundering, or cybercrime
• Engage in activity that threatens our infrastructure or other clients

4. Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your accounts, passwords, and credentials. You must promptly report any suspected compromise or unauthorized use. You may not attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our systems without authorization, and you may not use our services to attack other systems.

5. Content Ownership and Responsibility

You are responsible for all content and data you place on or transmit through our services. You represent and warrant that you have the necessary rights and licences to all content and data you provide, and that it complies with applicable law. We may remove content that violates this AUP, subject to applicable law and our obligations to you under the relevant agreement.

6. Monitoring and Enforcement

We use security measures including rate limiting and bot detection to protect our website and services. We may investigate suspected violations of this AUP and may block access to any user or device engaged in abusive or automated activity. We may suspend or terminate services for violations in accordance with the Suspension and Termination clauses of our Terms of Service.

7. Reporting Violations

If you become aware of a violation of this AUP, please report it to info@dxhubx.co.tz. We will consider reports and take action we consider appropriate, subject to applicable law.
