These documents form the legal framework for DXHUBX ICT LIMITED. Our Terms of Service are the master general terms, and individual contracts, quotations, SOWs, SLAs, and project agreements expressly incorporate them by reference. If there is a conflict between documents, the order of precedence set out in our Terms of Service applies.
1. Terms of Service
The master general terms for our website and all our services, including scope control, change requests, client delays, acceptance, intellectual property, warranties, liability, and dispute resolution. All other agreements incorporate these terms.
2. Privacy Policy
How DXHUBX collects, uses, protects, and retains personal information, together with your data-subject rights, in accordance with the Tanzania Personal Data Protection Act, 2022.
3. Data Processing Agreement (DPA)
Terms governing how DXHUBX processes personal data on behalf of clients, including roles, subprocessors, security, breach notification, and data subject rights.
4. Software Development Agreement
Standard terms for custom software, web, and mobile application development engagements, including scope, fees, acceptance, intellectual property, and open-source components.
5. Hosting & Cloud Services Agreement
Terms for hosting, cloud, domains, DNS, SSL, email, and infrastructure services, including account ownership and backups.
6. ICT Support / Maintenance SLA
Support levels, severity classification, response targets, maintenance windows, and service credits for paid support and maintenance engagements.
7. Acceptable Use Policy
Rules for the acceptable use of DXHUBX websites, services, hosted systems, and infrastructure, including prohibited content and activities.
8. Project Statement of Work (SOW)
The standard structure of a project-specific SOW, covering scope, deliverables, milestones, fees, and acceptance criteria.
9. Change Request Form
How to request changes to an agreed project scope, including the information to include and how fees and timelines are affected.
10. Client Acceptance / Handover Certificate
How deliverables are formally accepted and handed over, including deemed acceptance and warranty start.
